PRIVACY RIGHTS IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), California residents have the right to know what information INGENES collects from them. This Privacy Notice acts as a "collection notice" for the full effect of the exercise of the "Right to Know" under the CCPA, so please address the type of information INGENES collects below. In addition, in any event, you have the right to be disclosed what information was collected and the processing of such information for the Services described in this Privacy Policy.

If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of the companies with which we share customer information for the immediately preceding calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2021 will receive information about 2020 sharing activities).

According to the CCPA, California consumers have the right to:

  • Request that a business that collects personal data from a consumer disclose the specific categories and pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
  • Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that has been collected by a particular business.
  • Request that a company that sells a consumer's personal data does not sell the consumer's personal data.
  • If you make a request, we have 30 days to respond. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]

INGENES is aware of the right to opt out of the sale and deletion of personal information. Upon request, INGENES will comply with the request and may refuse to stop the sale or deletion of information if such information is necessary for the services provided on this website, is required to have such information by law or relates to medical services. Additional charges may apply.

To obtain this information, please send an e-mail message to [email protected] with "California Privacy Information Request" in the subject line and in the body of your message. We will provide the requested information to your e-mail address in response. Please note that not all information sharing is covered by the "CCPA" requirements and only information about covered sharing will be included in our response. INGENES will never deny services or products, or diminish their quality when exercising any right under CCPA and will be treated equally and in a non-discriminatory manner.
