You will have 10 (ten) business days to attend this request, starting from the day after you received it. Failure to respond within this period will be considered as a cancellation of your request.

INGENES will contact you to inform the resolution to your request within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of submission of your complete application (such response will be made via email to the address registered in our system or to the one provided in your request). If your request is valid, it will be effective within the next fifteen (15) business days from the resolution notification date (in the case of a right of access request, simple copies of the files that contain your personal data will be given to you).

We also inform you that your personal data can be transferred and managed inside and outside the country by individuals other than INGENES but related to the services covered by this policy. In that sense, your information may be shared with laboratories, clinics, research centers, intermediaries and other national and international service providers in general. It will always be clearly specified if third parties perform a service during your treatment.
